<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6 Carbassons rodons</li>
<li>300 gr. <a title="Formatge Gorgonzola a la Wikipèdia en català" href="http://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorgonzola" target="_blank">formatge gorgonzola</a></li>
<li>200 gr. nata per cuinar</li>
<li>1 Poma golden</li>
<li>100 gr. de <a title="Fajol, és un cereal?" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=679" target="_self">fajol</a> bullit</li>
<li>100 gr. de formatge emmental</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem a bullir 10 minuts els carbassons, en aquest cas son carbassons rodons, <img src='http://www.llepadits.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  que ens agraden molt a casa. Els treiem de l&#8217;aigua i buidem la polpa amb una cullera (guardem la polpa).</p>
<p>Barregem tots els altres ingredients, formatge, nata, poma, i fajol bullit. Ho triturem ben be, i posem els carbassons en una safata, li posem la crema a sobre i el formatge emmental. Ho gratinem al forn i ja podem servir-los.</p>
<p>Ens sobrarà bastanta crema, el proper dia us posaré una recepta d&#8217;espinacs sobre llit de crema de gorgonzola, per acabar d&#8217;aprofitar la crema.</p>

<li>2 gots de llenties pardines</li>
<li>1 nap</li>
<li>1/2 porro</li>
<li>2 pastanagues</li>
<li>3 alls pelats i sensers</li>
<li>1/4 de xoriço (calculant uns 6-8 talls per persona)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Les llenties pardines no cal posar-les en remull, i son més agradables al paladar pel meu gust.</p>
<p>Posem els ingredients en una cassola al foc, jo dic això perquè s&#8217;ha de fer així, però jo la faig a la panificadora (La Cocinera) que tinc, així la deixo programada per a que acabi de fer-se quan a mi m&#8217;interessa, i no haig d&#8217;estar vigilant el foc.</p>
<p>Posem 2 gots i mig d&#8217;aigua per got de llenties, val més que en sobri i quedin caldoses que no pas que en falti.</p>
<p>Amb 1h i 30 min és suficient, juntament amb una amanida ja tenim un dinar perfecte!</p>

<p>Aquest estiu he volgut fer proves de sorbets de verdures, i trobo que és força divertit, no sempre s&#8217;ha de pendre sorbet dolç i com a postre!</p>
<p>La senzillesa de la recepta és espectacular. Aquesta l&#8217;he tret del receptari de la màquina de gelats, i he variat alguns ingredients (perquè no els tenia tots).</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gr. Suc de fulles d&#8217;alfàbrega, a mi em sortia tota una planteta!!!</li>
<li>75 gr. de pinyons, jo vaig posar festucs</li>
<li>100 gr de sucre</li>
<li>sal</li>
<li>1 llimona</li>
<li>Salsa Worcester (jo vaig posar Tabasco), 1 cullerada</li>
<li>300 gr d&#8217;aigua</li>

<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Triturem els festucs (pinyons), amb el sucre, hi afegim el suc de la llimona, i afegim el suc de les fulles d&#8217;alfàbrega, afegirem la salsa Tabasco i l&#8217;aigua, salem i posem el sorbet a la màquina geladora.</p>
<p>Ho servim amb unes tapes de formatge feta i tomaquet, és un entrant lleuger, sa i fresc.</p>
<p>Ja que l&#8217;alfàbrega és una mica forta de gust jo recomano que es serveixi en un vaset petit.</p>
