<p>Aquesta sopa la vaig fer per aprofitar un <strong>caldo de pop </strong>que tenia congelat i <strong>carbassa</strong> cuita al forn. El resultat és una <strong>sopa</strong> molt bona i saborosa.</p>
<p><strong>Preu</strong> aproximat per ració: 1,5 €</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 litre de <strong>caldo de pop</strong></li>
<li>1/4 de Kg. de <strong>carbassa</strong> cuita</li>
<li>200 gr de <a title="Fajol, no és un cereal" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=679" target="_self"><strong>fajol</strong></a></li>
<li>Llorer</li>
<li>1 dent d&#8217;all</li>
<li>Sal</li>
<li>Pebre</li>
<li>Nou moscada</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem a bullir el <strong><a title="Fajol" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=679" target="_self">fajol</a></strong> en una cassola amb aigua, posem un got de fajols per 2 gots i mig d&#8217;aigua, afegim un full de llorer i l&#8217;all, ho fem bullir uns 15 minuts.</p>
<p>Posem el <strong>fajol</strong>, el caldo de pop, la <strong>carbassa</strong> cuita, amb sal, pebre, nou moscada i ho triturem be que quedi una crema fina, la servim calenta.</p>
<p>Es un primer plat molt energètic i saludable per l&#8217;hivern.</p>

<p>Quan era petita, ma mare feia una sopa de peix boníssima, i sempre he volgut saber fer-ne, haig de confessar que fins que no me l&#8217;ha explicada una peixetera molt experta en cuina, no m&#8217;ha sortit be, o be em quedava rebullida o be amb gust a amoniac.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>300 gr. de peix variat, crancs, gambes, rap, congre, mollera, lluerna&#8230;</li>
<li>1 ceba</li>
<li>1 tomaquet gran madur</li>
<li>1 cullerada de carn de nyora</li>
<li>1 picada</li>
<li>4 grans d&#8217;all</li>
<li>Sal</li>
</ul>
<p>Elaboració:</p>
<p>Posem a sofregir la ceba, quan sigui rossa afegim l&#8217;all, quan sigui una mica cuït, afegim el tomaquet a daus, sense ull ni pell. Quan sigui cuït li posem la carn de nyora.</p>
<p>Mentrestant en un altre fogó, posem el peix i el cobrim d&#8217;aïgua, el deixem coure uns 15 min. Quan sigui una mica cuït amb una ma de morter anirem xafant i treien la substància del peix, quan sigui bastant esmicolat ja estarà.</p>
<p>Piquem en un morter la picada.</p>
<p>Afegim el caldo ben colat, al sofregit de ceba, tomaquet, all i nyora, i ho deixem bullir una mica més, corregim de sal, afegim la picada a sobre, ho deixem bullir uns 3 min. i tanquem.</p>
<p>Podem servir així la sopa, o qui la vulgui més consistent hi pot posar fideus fins.</p>
