<p>Aquesta recepta és del llibre &#8220;Manual de formación profesional en panadería&#8221; hi he afegit ingredients, ja que volia fer un panet i no barra de pa i volia que fos integral.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>250 gr de<strong> farina de gran força<br />
</strong></li>
<li>250 gr. de <strong>farina integral de blat</strong></li>
<li>15 gr<strong>. flocs de civada</strong></li>
<li>350 cc d&#8217;aigua</li>
<li>10 gr. de sal</li>
<li>100 gr. de <a title="Pa i massa mare, la fermentació natural del pa" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1822" target="_self"><strong>massa mare</strong></a></li>
<li>15 gr. de llevat de forner</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Llavors:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>15 gr.<strong> Sèsam</strong></li>
<li>15 gr. <strong>Pipes de girasol</strong></li>
<li>15 gr.<strong> Pipes de carbassa</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem junts tots els ingredients, pastem tot durant 20 minuts. Deixem reposar durant 10 minuts. Separar en 2 boles i deixem reposar 15 minuts més. Passat aquest temps fem boletes de 80 gr. cada una.</p>
<p>Ho deixem fermentar fins que veiem que duplica el volum. Escalfar el forn a 185 ºC durant 30 minuts aproximadament. Ho fem coure amb vapor, posem un recipient de fang a la part inferior del forn amb aigua. Primer ho fem coure amb escalfor a la part de sota. I els últims 7 minuts amb escalfor dalt i baix.</p>
<p>El treiem i el deixem refredar en una reixa.</p>
<p>Jo els congelo per anar gastant quan ho necessito, el descongelem al microones amb 1,10&#8242; .</p>

<p>Aquesta recepta la faig tot sovint, quan venen ganes de pendre <strong>cigrons</strong>&#8230;</p>
<p>El primer cop que vaig tastar el <strong>hummus</strong> va ser en un bar libanès que està al carrer Muntaner / Consell de Cent de Barcelona, tenen &#8220;tapes&#8221; libaneses i entre elles hi havia aquest <strong>hummus</strong>.</p>
<p>S&#8217;elabora amb <strong>Tahin</strong>, una pasta de <strong>sèsam</strong> que podem trobar a moltes botigues, la fan servir als països àrabs com si fos mantega, i la veritat es que li dona molta suavitat a la barreja.</p>
<p><strong>Preu aproximat per ració: </strong>0,94 €<strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gr de <strong>Cigrons</strong> secs</li>
<li>1 dent d&#8217;all</li>
<li>Suc de mitja llimona</li>
<li>2 cullerades de Tahin</li>
<li>sal</li>
<li>sèsam negre</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Un cop tenim els <strong>cigrons</strong> bullits, els triturem juntament amb la dent d&#8217;all, el suc de la llimona, el <strong>tahin</strong>, i la sal.</p>
<p>Ho servim en una cassoleta petita, i l&#8217;amanim amb sèsam negre i un raig d&#8217;oli. Posem unes torradetes per pendre-ho, si son integrals millor.</p>
