<p>Aquesta recepta també és una conseqüencia d&#8217;aprofitar restes nadalenques. M&#8217;havia sobrat <a title="Recepta trufa o ganache de xocolata" href="http://www.llepadits.com/2010/01/petits-fours-ganache-xocolata-negra-gingebre/">trufa o ganache de xocolata</a>, i l&#8217;havia congelat en una glaçonera. Doncs be, també tenia <strong>pasta filo</strong>, o sigui que en un sopar improvisat, vaig fer de postres <strong>els farcellets de pasta filo amb ganache de xocolata.</strong></p>

<li>2 fulls de<strong> pasta filo</strong></li>
<li>4 <strong>ganache de xocolata</strong> congelada</li>
<li>sucre llustre</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Es prepara dues fulles de pasta filo una sobre l&#8217;altra i en tallem 4 quadrants, posem el ganache de xocolata més o menys al centre de la pasta filo:</p>

<p>Ho tanquem formant un farcellet, ho pintem amb mantega fosa i ho posem al forn. A 200 ºC durant 5 minuts, el ganache ha d&#8217;estar congelat, sino no queda be, es desfaria massa.</p>

<p>Aquesta recepta també se&#8217;m va ocorre en el Taller de Bon Preu amb en David Lienas, la carbassa m&#8217;agrada de tota manera i aquesta també és una bona ocasió.</p>
<p>Ingredients (Per a 6 caramels):</p>
<ul>
<li>4 fulles de pasta filo</li>
<li>Carbassa cuita al forn, al gust, jo en poso força</li>
<li>Farcit de canelons</li>
</ul>
<p>Elaboració:</p>
<p>Posem la carbassa i el farcit en un recipient i ho barregem be, que quedi pastós y ben barrejat. Ho posem a congelar en glaçoneres una mica grans.</p>
<p>El dia que anem a fer el farcit, agafem la pasta filo i emboliquem un glaçó, el pintem amb mantega fosa i el posem al forn calent 10 min a 180 º C. Servim inmediatament.</p>
<p>Al portar la carbassa és molt lleuger i tothom en vol més, però com que és un caramel, ho deixem en un i així un altre dia en volem més. <img src='http://www.llepadits.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Be, aquesta recepta és consequencia del Taller d&#8217;en David Lienas a Bon Preu al Novembre, allà varem veure caramels de pasta filo amb bull i melmelada de figues, i com a idea ens va dir que provessim amb sabors dolços, jo ho he fet amb <a title="Gelat de pera a l'aroma de llima" href="http://www.llepadits.com/2009/09/gelat-de-pera-a-laroma-de-llima/">gelat de pera a l&#8217;aroma de llima.</a></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>

<li>4 fulles de pasta filo</li>
<li>20 gr de mantega fosa</li>
</ul>
<p>Fem el gelat i el congelem en una glaçonera de silicona, que siguin una mica grans els glaçons. Poso la imatge de la meva:</p>

<p>Al moment de fer el postre (és fer-lo i servir inmediatament, no és pot deixar preparat amb antelació), podem a escalfar el forn a 180 ºC a dalt i baix.</p>
<p>Treiem 4 fulles de pasta filo, per a 8 farcellets, desfem la mantega al microones, que quedi líquida però no bullint.</p>
<p>Separem dues fulles de pasta filo i les tallem en quatre quarts, i les pintem amb mantega (amb un pinzell), al mig posem el gelat i tanquem les puntes, tornem a pintar per fora la pasta filo amb mantega. Posem el farcell en una safata al forn antiadherent.</p>
<p>Procedim igual amb les altres dues fulles de pasta filo, un cop tenim tots els farcellets fets els posem al forn, uns 8-10 minuts, fins que veiem que està torradet.</p>
<p>Ho treiem, posem sucre llustre per sobre i ja podem servir.</p>
<p>Una altra suggerencia de servir-ho és amb algun bombó, petit four de xocolata, en aquest cas és amb el <a title="Petit four de ganaché, xocolata, gingebre confitat i licor " href="http://www.llepadits.com/2010/01/petits-fours-ganache-xocolata-negra-gingebre/">petit four de ganaché de xocolata, trufa i gingebre amb licor:</a></p>
