<p>A partir d&#8217;avui donaré <strong>més informació de cada recepta</strong>, com es la seva <strong>informació nutricional,</strong> i el <strong>preu aproximat.</strong> Es una informació complementaria que crec que és força interessant. Si som el que mengem, amb més raó fer un anàlisi del que anem a menjar o hem menjat.</p>
<p>Aquesta recepta la vaig pensar com un <strong>pica pica pels Nadals,</strong> i em sembla que vist l&#8217;èxit el faré més cops. La idea es que sigui una quiche però petita.</p>
<p>El motlle més petit que tinc de silicona (que no sigui de bombons) és un en forma de poma i un altre que és una flanera.</p>
<p><strong>Preu </strong>(cada unitat)<strong>:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong> (per a 11 mini quiche):</p>
<ul>
<li>4 ous</li>
<li>200 gr de nata</li>
<li>250 gr de <strong>bolets</strong> congelats</li>
<li>100 gr de formatge parmesà</li>
<li>Sal</li>
<li>Pebre</li>
<li>Nou moscada</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració</strong>:</p>
<p>Posem a sofregir els <strong>bolets</strong> en una paella, batem els 4 ous en un recipient, hi posem la nata, sal, pebre, nou moscada i el formatge parmesà. Quan els bolets son templats els afegim a la barreja.</p>
<p>Emplenem els motlles, anant en compte de no arribar fins dalt sino deixant un marge. Més o menys fins a 2/3 parts, per a que pugui creixer.</p>
<p>Escalfem el forn a 180 ºC, preparem una safata, per coure els motlles, durant uns 20 min. Deixem refredar per desmotllar.</p>
<p>Ho podem congelar dins del motlle, i el descongelem quan ho necessitem. Això permet preparar-ho amb antel·lació, i usar-ho en un menú quan volem.</p>
