<p>Aquesta recepta no se on catalogar-la, tant pot ser un entrant o un postre, es dolç però te gust de formatge de cabra però també de iogurt (una mica àcid). Proveu de fer-lo i em dieu si per postre o per entrant.</p>
<p><strong>Preu aproximat per ració:</strong> 0,61 €</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>Per al <strong>iogurt de llet de cabra</strong> (per a 7 iogurts):</p>
<ul>
<li>500 cc de llet de cabra</li>
<li>300 cc llet de vaca</li>
<li>100 cc nata líquida</li>
<li>1 iogurt de llet de vaca senser</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Per la melmelada:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Un pot de melmelada de tomàquet</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pel iogurt:</strong></p>
<p>Posem a bullir la llet de vaca, de cabra i la nata líquida, un cop ha bullit ho deixem refredar fins als 40 ºC, quan arribi aquest punt li barregem el iogurt i el posem a la iogurtera, el deixem fer entre 10 i 12h. Passat aquest temps el posem a la nevera un mínim de 2h.</p>
<p>La melmelada en aquest cas l&#8217;he comprat, no tenia temps de fer-la.</p>
<p>El montatge el fem en un got o en una copa, posem una mica de iogurt, una mica de melmelada i anem fent capes fins que acabem amb melmelada de tomàquet.</p>

<p>Aquest postre és el resultat de fer proves amb iogurts de tot tipus, amb llet d&#8217;ovella amb llet fresca de vaca, amb llet de cabra. Aquest està fet amb<strong> llet de soja amb xocolata </strong>i és totalment diferent del que vaig fer amb<strong> <a title="Iogurt de soja amb xocolata" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1454" target="_self">llet de soja amb xocolata.</a></strong></p>

<p><strong>Per a fer una copa:</strong></p>

<li>8 <strong>maduixes</strong> mitjanes</li>

<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem el iogurt a la base de la copa i tallem les maduixes tot decorant la copa.</p>
<p><strong>Per a fer el iogurt de soja de xocolata:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients per a fer 7 iogurts:</strong></p>

<li>1 l. de <strong>llet de soja de xocolata,</strong> adjunto foto de la que uso jo, compte que no surt amb totes&#8230;.</li>
<li>1 <strong>iogurt de soja natural</strong></li>

<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Escalfem la llet de soja de xocolata fins als 40 graus C, afegim el iogurt natural de soja i ho barregem be, ho repartim en iogurts i ho posem entre 8 i 10h a la iogurtera.</p>
<p>Es un dels iogurts més bons i menys empalagosos que he provat. Sense nata ni llet de vaca, apte per a persones amb intolerancies o problemes d&#8217;al·lèrgia als làctics.</p>

<p>I segueixo amb experiments&#8230; ara és la combinació de iogurt amb gelatina de mango&#8230; es un postre light per a fer amb les primeres calors, no embafa i és molt lleuger.</p>
<p>Segueixo fent iogurts, n&#8217;he fet un munt, de muesli, de tatin de pera i anis, de garrofa&#8230; encara em queda provar diferents fruites.</p>
<h4>Recepta iogurt de llimona</h4>
<p><strong>Ingredients per a 7 iogurts:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>850 cc <strong>llet de vaca</strong></li>
<li>1<strong> iogurt natural</strong></li>
<li>1 pell d&#8217;una <strong>llimona</strong>, la part groga</li>
<li>2 cullerades de <strong>sucre</strong> (40 gr)</li>
<li>100 cc <strong>nata</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem la pell de llimona amb la llet, la nata i el sucre a bullir, la deixem refredar fins als 40 ºC, aleshores li barregem el iogurt natural i ja ho podem posar a la iogurtera entre 10h i 12h, passat aquest temps a la nevera almenys 4h.</p>
<p>Queda amb un perfum exquisit, i ja el podem usar com a base de altres plats o postres!</p>
<h4>Recepta de bombons gelatina de mango amb suc de taronja i licor de taronja:</h4>
<p>Seguint amb les proves, he fet una gelatina de mango per adults, amb licor de taronja, queda molt fresqueta i vistosa de color també.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients per la gelatina per a 40 bombons:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>150 cc. de<strong> suc de taronja</strong></li>
<li>1/2 <strong>mango</strong> madur</li>
<li>50 cc. de<strong> licor de taronja</strong></li>
<li>1 punteta de <strong>vainillina</strong> (poca)</li>
<li>1 cullerada rasa d&#8217;<strong>alga agar agar</strong> en pols</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració de la gelatina:</strong></p>
<p>Posem trossets de mango molt petits en motlles de silicona. En un cassó posem el suc de taronja, el licor, i afegim l&#8217;alga agar agar. Remenem be i ho fem bullir 2 minuts, ho posem en els motlles i deixem refredar. Hem de procurar que no quedin bombolles.</p>

<p>Posem la gelatina al fons, una capa de iogurt, una capa de gelatina i una altra de iogurt, acabem amb dauets de gelatina.</p>

<li>3/4 de l. de<strong> llet de vaca sensera</strong> (de bona qualitat)</li>
<li>100 cc de nata</li>
<li>250 gr. de <strong>maduixes</strong> netes i tallades a trossos</li>
<li>1 <strong>iogurt</strong> natural</li>
<li>100 gr. de sucre</li>
<li>1 mica de sucre vainillat (poquet)</li>

<h4>Elaboració:</h4>
<p>Posarem les maduixes tallades a trossos petits en un recipient i el  sucre a sobre, ho deixem 30 min infusionar. Mentrestant bullim la llet i  la nata en un cassó (si es llet de vaca sempre l&#8217;hem de bullir), i la  deixem refredar, fins que arribi a 40 ºC.</p>
<p>Triturem les maduixes amb el sucre (treiem el suc restant que han fet  les maduixes), i la llet. A aquesta barreja li posarem el iogurt  natural com a ferment i el remenem be que es barregi be.</p>
<p>El repartim en els gots de <strong>iogurt</strong> i el deixem unes 10h.</p>

<p>Estic fent proves amb <strong>iogurts</strong> de diferents llets i gustos, he trobat un llibre francès, &#8220;Yaourts inratables&#8221; que te unes receptes fantàstiques, he començat a fer-ne alguns, tot i que a cops vaig canviant ingredients per que disposo d&#8217;altres.</p>
<p>En aquest cas de xocolata jo en tenia a la pedra, i com que la recepta deia que poses xocolata fondant i un espessant, al substituir-ho per xocolata a la Pedra, l&#8217;espessant ja hi és.</p>
<p>L&#8217;aspecte que queda es pot millorar, però això serà un altre dia&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Preu aproximat per ració</strong>: 0,23 €</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong> (per a 7 iogurts):</p>
<ul>
<li>750 cl de llet de soja</li>
<li>1 <strong>iogurt</strong> de soja</li>
<li>150 gr de <strong>xocolata a la pedra</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Escalfem la <strong>llet de soja</strong> amb la <strong>xocolata</strong> a trossos, anem remenant per a que es desfaci be, quan sigui desfeta i calenta, la treiem del foc. Tota l&#8217;estona anem remenant, sinò s&#8217;enganxa.</p>
<p>Quan sigui a temperatura entre 35 i 45 ºC ja podem afegir el iogurt de soja que desfarem ben be a dins.</p>
<p>Distribuïm la llet en iogurts i a la iogurtera, esperem 12h i ja estarà llest. En l&#8217;altre <a title="Recepta de iogurt de soja" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1234" target="_self">recepta que vaig fer de iogurt de soja</a>, posava de 18h a 24h, doncs be, aquest temps el podem escurçar escalfant prèviament la soja.</p>
<p>En el meu cas ha fet una mica de posit, però estava boníssim!</p>

<p>Preparem la <a title="Base de Tarta Sacher" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1085" target="_self">base de la <strong>Tarta Sacher</strong></a>, i la congelem, amb un motlle rectangular tallem una porció i la posem a la base d&#8217;aquest motlle. A sobre posem una barreja preparada amb:</p>
<ul>
<li>Les 4 clares d&#8217;ou a punt de neu. Li afegim al final 2 cullerades de sucre.</li>
<li>Apart posem el mango a talls amb el sucre amb un cassó fins que el mango està ben cuït, al final li afegim l&#8217;agar agar ho remenem be que es disolgui be i la deixem refredar.</li>
<li>Triturem la barreja del mango i el sucre amb un turmix, i hi afegim el iogurt grec. Aquesta barreja l&#8217;afegim a les clares anant amb compte que no es baixin. Ho repartim a sobre del biscuit i deixem un espai fins a la vora del motlle. Ho posem tot a la nevera que qualli durant 6 &#8211; 8h.</li>
<li>Escalfem la cobertura de cacao de la Tarta Sacher fins als 40 ºC i la posem a sobre del semifred. Ho posem al congelador sino no es pot desmotllar.</li>
<li>Ho treiem del congelador 40 minuts abans de servir.</li>
<li>Posem una maduixa tallada a trossos per sobre.</li>

<p>Tenia un mango per casa que estava demanant a crits que fes un postre amb ell, i uns iogurts de soja que estaven abandonadets a la nevera, doncs ara ja estàn en un nou format, el got de gelatina de iogurt de soja amb mango i maduixes. Un final fresquet d&#8217;un bon dinar.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients per 4 gots:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 <a title="Iogurt de soja, yogur de soja fet a casa" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1234" target="_self">iogurts de soja</a></li>
<li>1 mango</li>
<li>2 cullerades de sucre</li>
<li>3 fulls i mig de gelatina neutra</li>
<li>1/2 pell de taronja rallada</li>
<li>2 maduixes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem a remullar la gelatina en un recipient amb aigua mineral. Pelem i tallem a trossets petits el mango, el posem en un turmix amb el sucre i el <a title="Iogur de soja, yogur de soja fet a casa" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1234" target="_self">iogur de soja</a>.</p>
<p>Posem la barreja en un cassó al foc i li afegim la gelatina remullada, ho barregem be fins que es disol la gelatina.</p>
<p>Ho posem en got i li afegim la pell de taronja rallada, i adornem amb maduixes tallades petitetes.</p>

<p>Fa temps per un tema d&#8217;al·lèrgies em vaig haver d&#8217;acostumar a treure totalment els làctics de la meva dieta, i el que em va costar més van ser els <strong>iogurts</strong>, sempre els he fet a casa i m&#8217;agraden molt. Doncs be, al canviar la llet per <strong>llet de soja</strong>, els iogurts també, però els que  trobava arreu eren ensucrats o quasi liquits i molt cars. Un dia al comprar a una botiga de productes biològics li vaig preguntar a una dependenta, com es podrien fer a casa? i em diu doncs igual, amb ferment i llet, perquè no ho proves? i així va ser.  Per a fer iogurts per als que no ho sabeu, es fa amb ferment = 1 iogurt i 1 litre de llet sensera, es remena be i es posa en vasets en una iogurtera durant unes 10-12 h.  Per a fer<strong> iogurts de soja</strong> és el mateix, ferment = 1 iogurt de soja i 1 litre de <strong>llet de soja</strong>.  He anat fent proves amb diferents llets, marques, etc i us diré el resultat és que no surt amb totes les llets que hi ha, no surt amb:</p>
<ul>
<li>Yosoy (Mercadona)</li>
<li>Soy (Pascual)</li>
</ul>
<p>Surt amb:</p>
<ul>
<li>Carrefour (que consti que no hi tinc cap interès)</li>
</ul>

<li>La Gerblé la descarto per preu, ja que costa el doble de les altres.</li>
<li>Descarto les ensucrades amb gustos, amb calç etc&#8230;</li>

<p>De ferment:</p>

<li>faig servir<strong> iogurt de soja</strong> de Danone (el 100% vegetal), compte que n&#8217;hi ha un que no és soja però ho sembla.</li>

<p><strong>Elaboració: </strong></p>
<p>Diluim el iogurt a la llet de soja, remenem be i la posem en gotets, 24 hores de iogurtera i a la nevera, a partir de 18h aneu mirant si estan o no, doncs a vegades depenent de la temperatura ambient es pot passar el punt fàcilment.  Surten amb molta consistència i molt bon sabor.</p>
