<p>Aquesta recepta és molt fàcil de fer, i senzilla. Ara que sobretot la fruita és bona, amb fruita madura de bona qualitat és un postre fresc d&#8217;estiu.</p>
<p>Com que és un gotet per capes, necessitem fer-la en 2 temps, el primer per la 1a capa i el segón per la 2a&#8230; facil!</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6 <strong>préssec paraguaià</strong>, de bon tamany</li>
<li>1 <strong>llimona</strong></li>
<li>75 cc de suc de taronja</li>
<li><strong>agar agar</strong> en pols</li>
<li>130 gr. de <strong>formatge Philadelphia</strong></li>
<li>biscotti savoiardi</li>
<li><strong>meló</strong> madur</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Començarem per la capa de més avall del got. Pelem i triturem amb un turmix el préssec, i li afegim ràpidament suc de llimona per a que no s&#8217;oxidi.</p>
<p>En un cassó posem el suc de taronja amb una culleradeta i mitja amb agar agar, remenem be fins que quedi disolta i deixem bullir 2 minuts. La barreja de préssec i llimona l&#8217;afegim al cassó, remenem be i treiem del foc.</p>
<p>La distribuim pels gotets i a la nevera 2 hores.</p>

<p>Un cop passat aquest temps, ja podem posar-hi a sobre els biscotti savoiardi:</p>

<p>Pel segón pis:</p>
<p>Triturem uns 500 gr de meló, amb suc de llimona. En treiem una mica i la posem en un cassó amb una culleradeta i mitja d&#8217;agar agar, fins que bulli 2 minuts. Un cop acabat afegim la barreja de meló i llimona. Després hi barregem el formatge Philadelphia.</p>
<p>Un cop ben barrejat ho posem en gotets i a la nevera.</p>

<p>Aquests altres bombons son el resultat de fer coulis de maduixa i de gerds per a pastissos i aprofitar el liquit resultant per a fer aquests bombons.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>5 <strong>Maduixes</strong></li>
<li>200 cc Suc de la cocció de <strong>gerds i maduixes</strong> amb sucre</li>
<li>1 cullerada rasa d&#8217;alga<strong> agar agar</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Tallem a trossos petits les maduixes i les repartim en motlles, en un cassó posem la gelatina amb el suc i ho remenem be que quedi ben desfet, ho bullim 2 minuts, repartim als motlles i ho deixem reposar 2h a la nevera.</p>

<p>Aquesta recepta l&#8217;he fet en el marc d&#8217;un berenar, és un <strong>bombó de maduixa amb gelatina de taronja</strong>, queda amb un color molt vistós i com que era per a nens vaig pensar que el tema del color era molt important.</p>

<li>8 <strong>maduixes</strong> mitjanes</li>
<li>200 cc de <strong>suc de taronja</strong></li>
<li>1 cullerada rasa d&#8217;<strong>agar agar</strong></li>

<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem les maduixes tallades a petits trossos en motlles de silicona per a fer bombons. El suc de taronja el posem en un cassó barrejat amb l&#8217;agar agar, ho barregem be i portem a ebullició el suc amb l&#8217;alga, ha de bullir 2 minuts com a màxim, ho treiem del foc i la posem en els motlles ho deixem solidificar 2h a la nevera. Passat aquest temps ho podem servir en culleretes.</p>

<p>Tenia un mango per casa que estava demanant a crits que fes un postre amb ell, i uns iogurts de soja que estaven abandonadets a la nevera, doncs ara ja estàn en un nou format, el got de gelatina de iogurt de soja amb mango i maduixes. Un final fresquet d&#8217;un bon dinar.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients per 4 gots:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 <a title="Iogurt de soja, yogur de soja fet a casa" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1234" target="_self">iogurts de soja</a></li>
<li>1 mango</li>
<li>2 cullerades de sucre</li>
<li>3 fulls i mig de gelatina neutra</li>
<li>1/2 pell de taronja rallada</li>
<li>2 maduixes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem a remullar la gelatina en un recipient amb aigua mineral. Pelem i tallem a trossets petits el mango, el posem en un turmix amb el sucre i el <a title="Iogur de soja, yogur de soja fet a casa" href="http://www.llepadits.com/?p=1234" target="_self">iogur de soja</a>.</p>
<p>Posem la barreja en un cassó al foc i li afegim la gelatina remullada, ho barregem be fins que es disol la gelatina.</p>
<p>Ho posem en got i li afegim la pell de taronja rallada, i adornem amb maduixes tallades petitetes.</p>
