<p>Ara que ve l&#8217;<strong>operació biquini,</strong> faig una proposta d&#8217;<strong>amanida d&#8217;espinacs</strong> que apart d&#8217;aportar moltes vitamines també és una bona proposta per sopar o alleugerir un dinar.</p>

<p>Tallem tots els ingredients ben petits, ho posem en una safata, ho amanim amb sal, oli i vinagre de Mòdena i a gaudir d&#8217;un plat senzill i fàcil de fer. Recordeu que l&#8217;espinac és una font de vitamines.</p>

<p>Posem a bullir els espinacs, mirant que no quedin totalment cuits.</p>
<p>Posem <a title="Crema de gorgonzola" href="http://www.llepadits.com/2010/02/carbasso-farcit-de-crema-de-gorgonzola/">crema de gorgonzola</a> al fons d&#8217;un estri per anar al forn, a sobre els espinacs ben escorreguts i tallats petitons.  Tornem a posar crema de gorgonzola, a sobre, com si fos una beixamel, acabem amb formatge emmental. Ho posem a gratinar al forn.</p>
<p>Es un plat que m&#8217;ha sorprès per la lleugeresa i alhora és molt saborós, ja que el gorgonzola no deixa indiferent.</p>
<p>Això sí, l&#8217;aspecte exterior es com si fossin canelons gratinats, però no.</p>

<li>100 gr d&#8217;espinacs bullits</li>
<li>beixamel</li>
<li>formatge per gratinar, millor barreja de 4 formatges</li>

<p>Posem a bullir amb aigua el broquil, el tallem petit per a que es faci abans. Això li donarà aquest color verd tant maco.</p>
<p>Ho posem en una safata, posem el formatge i a gratinar.</p>
<p>L&#8217;espinac li dona un toc molt suau al plat. I el color verd fa que sigui un plat diferent, pels nens petits pot ser una bona pensada.</p>
