<p>Aquesta recepta se&#8217;m va ocorrer després del <strong>Taller de Bon Preu amb en David Lienas</strong>. Em van regalar formatge <strong>Gorgonzola</strong>, portat directament des de Itàlia, i era questió de provar-ho.</p>

<li>6 Carbassons rodons</li>

<li>200 gr. nata per cuinar</li>
<li>1 Poma golden</li>
<li>100 gr. de <a title="Fajol, és un cereal?" href="http://www.llepadits.com/2010/01/fajol-fagopyrum-esculentum/">fajol</a> bullit</li>
<li>100 gr. de formatge emmental</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Posem a bullir 10 minuts els carbassons, en aquest cas son carbassons rodons, <img src='http://www.llepadits.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  que ens agraden molt a casa. Els treiem de l&#8217;aigua i buidem la polpa amb una cullera (guardem la polpa).</p>
<p>Barregem tots els altres ingredients, formatge, nata, poma, i fajol bullit. Ho triturem ben be, i posem els carbassons en una safata, li posem la crema a sobre i el formatge emmental. Ho gratinem al forn i ja podem servir-los.</p>
<p>Ens sobrarà bastanta crema, el proper dia us posaré una recepta d&#8217;espinacs sobre llit de crema de gorgonzola, per acabar d&#8217;aprofitar la crema.</p>

<p>Com que no volia comprar alberginia, la vaig substituir per <strong>mousse d&#8217;anxova i parmesà,</strong> el resultat molt divertit, amb color i un gust molt suau.</p>
<p>Les anxoves les he preparat jo al juny i al desembre ja es podien tastar. Un altre dia us en posaré la recepta, son genials de menjar i és emocionant veure com es transforma.</p>
<p><strong>Preu </strong>(cada unitat)<strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>0,79 €</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong> (per a 6 gots):</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Per la <strong>gelatina de tomàquet escalivat</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>10 <strong>tomàquets </strong>de Canàries</li>
<li>1 cullerada i 3/4 d&#8217;<strong>agar agar</strong> (alga per espessir)</li>
</ul>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Per la <strong>mousse d&#8217;anxova i parmesà:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8-9 anxoves</li>
<li>30 gr de nata</li>
<li>1 culleradeta d&#8217;<strong>agar agar</strong></li>
<li>1 clara d&#8217;ou a punt de neu</li>
<li>50 gr de formatge parmesà</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració</strong>:</p>
<p>Aquesta recepta és senzilla de fer, primer <strong>escalivem els tomàquets,</strong> els posem en una safata al forn, que haurem escalfat abans a 200 º C, durant uns 50 minuts, depen del tamanys dels tomàquets.</p>
<p>Quan siguin cuits, els treiem del forn i els pelem i triturem ben fi, treient les llavors del tomàquet.</p>
<p>Posem en un cassó el liquid resultant, i posem l&#8217;alga Agar agar, ho fem bullir uns 6-8 minuts, anem remenant per tal que quedi ben fi. Passat aquest temps ho posem en gots mirant que quedin nivellats.</p>
<p>Per fer la <strong>mousse d&#8217;anxova i parmesà,</strong> batem una clara d&#8217;ou a punt de neu, i quan sigui ben ferma li afegirem les anxoves triturades amb la nata i el parmesà, ho barregem amb compte que no ens baixi la barreja.</p>
<p>En un cassó posem a bullir amb mig got d&#8217;aigua la culleradeta d&#8217;agar agar, ben barrejat, bullim 3-4 minuts, ho afegim a la barreja anterior i remenem be, ho posem en els gotets.</p>
<p>Per finalitzar posem una anxova a la part superior i ho reservem 8h a la nevera.</p>

<p>Ultimament estic molt aficionada als gots! trobo que és una forma divertida de menjar i que trenca amb la horizontalitat dels plats. Pots variar menjar horitzontal i vertical i no necessàriament estem parlant de postres.</p>
<p>He fet un petit tast de Mousse de pernil serrà, amb meló i servit en got, com a aperitiu. Es refrescant i fàcil de fer. Ho podem congelar i fer servir quan ens vagi be.</p>
<p>Ingredients per a 10 vasets:</p>
<p>125 gr de formatge Mascarpone</p>
<p>4 llesques de pernil serrano</p>
<p>2 clares d&#8217;ou montades a punt de neu</p>
<p>10 boles de meló ben madur</p>
<p>Elaboració:</p>
<p>Deixem el Mascarpone a temperatura ambient, tallem mentrestant el pernil molt i molt petit, i anem montant les clares a punt de neu.</p>
<p>Posem el Mascarpone barrejat amb el pernil tallat, i quan ho tinguem i barregem la clara a punt de neu però procurant que no baixi la clara, poc a poc i donant aire al remenar.</p>
<p>Ja podem posar la barreja als gotets, en aquest cas son gotets de xupito, que son de plàstic per a poder congelar si cal. En aquest cas estan comprats a la Bolsera. Si ho volessim congelar, hem de tenir en compte que la bola de meló s&#8217;ha de posar al moment final.</p>
<p>Procurem que arribi fins al canto del got. I quan ho tenim fem mitges boles amb el meló, i les posem a sobre, deixem una nit a la nevera i ja tenim uns entrants molt divertits.</p>
<p>S&#8217;assembla al <a title="Sorbet alfàbrega amb formatge feta i tomaquet" href="http://www.llepadits.com/2009/09/sorbet-dalfabrega-formatge-feta-i-tomaquet/">sorbet d&#8217;alfàbrega</a> però és més consistent al tenir el Mascarpone.</p>

<p>Aquest estiu he volgut fer proves de sorbets de verdures, i trobo que és força divertit, no sempre s&#8217;ha de pendre sorbet dolç i com a postre!</p>
<p>La senzillesa de la recepta és espectacular. Aquesta l&#8217;he tret del receptari de la màquina de gelats, i he variat alguns ingredients (perquè no els tenia tots).</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gr. Suc de fulles d&#8217;alfàbrega, a mi em sortia tota una planteta!!!</li>
<li>75 gr. de pinyons, jo vaig posar festucs</li>
<li>100 gr de sucre</li>
<li>sal</li>
<li>1 llimona</li>
<li>Salsa Worcester (jo vaig posar Tabasco), 1 cullerada</li>
<li>300 gr d&#8217;aigua</li>

<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Triturem els festucs (pinyons), amb el sucre, hi afegim el suc de la llimona, i afegim el suc de les fulles d&#8217;alfàbrega, afegirem la salsa Tabasco i l&#8217;aigua, salem i posem el sorbet a la màquina geladora.</p>
<p>Ho servim amb unes tapes de formatge feta i tomaquet, és un entrant lleuger, sa i fresc.</p>
<p>Ja que l&#8217;alfàbrega és una mica forta de gust jo recomano que es serveixi en un vaset petit.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>600 gr. de tomaquets sensers sense pell ni rabe.</li>
<li>1 llimona</li>
<li>1 clara d&#8217;ou</li>
<li>120 gr. de sucre</li>
<li>1 xupito de pacharan</li>
<li>sal</li>
<li>2 cullerades de quetxup</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Elaboració:</strong></p>
<p>Triturem el tomaquet amb el suc de llimona, el xupito, el sucre, la sal, el quetxup i una cullerada de clara d&#8217;ou semimontada. Quan sigui ben tritutat i fi ho posem a la geladora i deixem que faci el sorbet.</p>
<p>Ho servim en copes.</p>
<p><strong>Truc:</strong></p>
<p>Si poseu les copes mentre fem el gelat, al congelador, quan servim el sorbet aquest no es desfarà al contacte amb la copa.</p>
<p>En aquest cas he usat copes de plàstic, em fa una mica de cosa usar les de vidre o cristall. Encara que molts cops ho he fet.</p>

<p>Quan el fred ja es retira i encara tenim carbasses, us proposo una crema fresqueta que apart d&#8217;aportar-nos molta fibra és molt resfrescant. La carbassa està bona de tota manera i d&#8217;aquesta també.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>

 400 gr de polpa de carbassa cuïta al forn
 2 taronges

<p>Quan el fred ja es retira i encara tenim carbasses, us proposo una crema fresqueta que apart d&#8217;aportar-nos molta fibra és molt resfrescant. La carbassa està bona de tota manera i d&#8217;aquesta també.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 400 gr de polpa de carbassa cuïta al forn</li>
<li> 2 taronges</li>
</ul>
<p>Pelem 2 taronges i li treiem tota la part blanca, ho posem en un turmix, junt amb la polpa de la carbassa cuïta al forn, ho triturem be, el corregim de sal si cal, jo no en poso. I ja es pot servir, aquí li he afegit llavors de pipa de carbassa.</p>
<p>Es molt refrescant com a entrant i senzillissim de fer. La podriem considerar una recepta light, ja que no te quasi calories.</p>

<p>Aquesta recepta es ideal per a aprofitar el pa sec que podem tenir, queda una massa molt suau que amb torradetes és molt bona.</p>

200 gr de pa sec integral<br />
Llet per a remullar el pa<br />
3 rovells d&#8217;ou<br />
1 ou senser<br />

<p>Elaboració:<br />
Es posa el pa a remullar, un cop sigui tou, el posem en un turmix i el batem fins que quedi fi amb els seitons i l&#8217;ou.</p>
<p>Untem un motlle amb oli i li posem la barreja, ho posem al forn al bany maria uns 40 minuts a 180 º.</p>
<p>Va molt be per acompanyar torrades.</p>

<p>Aquesta recepta la vaig veure a <a title="Xaro cuinetes" href="http://xaro-cuinetes.blogspot.com/2008/08/bra-de-gitano-despinacs.html" target="_blank">http://xaro-cuinetes.blogspot.com/2008/08/bra-de-gitano-despinacs.html</a> però amb salmó, jo tenia seitons i ho he canviat.</p>
<p>INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>250 gs. d&#8217;espinacs cuits<br />
125 grs. de farina de rebosteria<br />
3 ous<br />
100 gr formatge mascarpone<br />
5 seitons grossos</p>
<p>Elaboració:</p>
<p>Es barregen tots els ingredients menys el mascarpone i els seitons, i fem un braç de gitano, el posem al forn a 180 ºC durant 10 min.</p>
<p>Quan sigui cuit el traiem i li posem a sobre un drap de cotó net i humit, el deixem refredar una mica.</p>
<p>El girem i l&#8217;omplim de mascarpone i els seitons mirant que no arribi al marge el farcit, l&#8217;enrotllem i el deixem refredar a la nevera.</p>
<p>Per a servir-lo fem talls prims i ho posem amb amanida.</p>

<p>1 pop mitja<br />
3 moniatos mitjans fets al forn<br />
Pimentó picant vermell<br />
Sal<br />
Oli</p>
<p>Elaboració:</p>
<p>Es una variant de tardor per a fer el pop, el picant del Pimentó contrasta amb la dolçor del moniato.</p>
<p>Es posa el pop a bullir tal i com fan a Galicia, “asustando”, posem aigua a bullir, i quan bulli agafem el pop i el sumergim tres cops, després el deixem bullir uns 50 min, el treiem i el deixem refredar.</p>
<p>Tallem els moniatos a llesques, hi posem a sobre el pop tallat a llesques petites, el salem i l&#8217;amanim amb oli. I per ultim el pimentó.</p>
